We are now looking for a Service & Support Technician for our operations in Malå.

Based in Malå, you will work daily with customers, distributors, and colleagues from around the world. Here, you will combine technology, problem-solving, and customer contact in a role with significant responsibility and international scope.

About the role

This is not a traditional service technician role.

You will become a key person in our global service operations, coordinating service cases, maintaining customer dialogue, and personally working on troubleshooting, testing, and repairing our products. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in production, development, and support – both in Sweden and internationally.

Your main responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on service and repair cases
• Troubleshoot, test, and repair products and systems
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and distributors worldwide
• Ensure that lead times and customer commitments are met
• Contribute to improvements in working methods and processes

Who are you?

Experience in troubleshooting, service work, electronics, software, or IT-related systems is a plus.
